Hi everyone! Whenever the climate is cool and the weather is good, we make Masala Tea. It gives a soothing freshness in this dull climate and today it's raining. So, I made this and I wanna share this tea recipe with you
Ingredients:
Milk - 2 cups
Water - 1/2 cup
Tea powder - 3 tsp ( adjust as per your taste )
Sugar - as per your taste
Cardamom - 4 pods
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon - 2" stick
Pepper - 6 corns
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Fennel - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Get the masalas ready and crush it
Heat water and add the crushed masalas Let it boil for 4 - 5 mins until it gives a light golden color
Then add tea powder and let it boil for 3 mins or until u get reddish golden color
Add hot boiled milk
Let it boil for 2 mins
Strain , add sugar and serve hot masala chai with pakoras or any tea time snacks
Note:

Note:
- Never reheat he tea directly on stove top, it'll spoil the taste
- If you want to reheat place the vessel containing tea on a boiling water
