Neer Mor / Spiced Buttermilk

Neer Mor / Spiced Buttermilk is a body coolant drink which is made especially in summer and in Rama Navami. We made this drink today because it's little hot today. This Neer Mor recipe is tasty and simple to make drink. Its very healthy too, because the ingredients added in it are beneficial to your body. Instead of juices My Mom used to make this drink whenever the climate is hot. I like to drink with extreme chillness, it is even tastier when it is chilled.

Usually my mom make this drink in thayir chatti( clay pot ) by mixing it with 'Mathu' or sometimes she just chop and add the ingredients,We filter it at the time of drinking. Here i just grinded everything and filtered, it helps to blend the ingredients and the taste is awesome. She also tempers the buttermilk. But i dont like tempering, i served it plain , but the taste is too good😋

Ingredients:

Curd - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Green chilli - 1

Note:
You can keep the mixture without straining in the refrigerator and strain it at the time of drinking.
My curd is not thick, so i added 2 cups of water, if your curd is too thick then you can add more water
