Boiled Egg Rice

Egg Rice - An easy recipe with stepwise pictures. I'm happy to say that this is my 15th recipe and i nee all your love and support to move ahead, thank yo. Usually we make egg rice or scrambled egg rice. For a change i made this boiled egg rice. Ofcourse this is not a new recipe its already there. This is the first time i'm trying this. Before this i've prepared only the boiled egg thokku and now i've added boiled rice to it. The taste is awesome.I loved this recipe and so i wanna post it immediately.


Ingredients:

Boiled Egg - 1
Boiled Rice - 3/4 - 1 cup
Onion - 1 medium
Tomato - 1 small
Coriander leaves - 3 stems
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp

To Temper:

Oil - 2 tbsps
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 6-7

Method:
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin , fennel seeds and curry leaves
Saute and add onions, fry till it gets soft
Add the tomatoes and salt
Once the tomatoes are fried well, add the spice powders, sprinkle some water and saute for 4 mins
Add the chopped eggs and fry
Once the masala gets coated well add the rice and switch off the flame
Serve hot
