I was very hungry today and i can't wait for a long time for preparing recipes. So i jumped to this recipe, which can be made easily and yet a healthiest one too. Try this and let me know.
Ragi Sweet Adai - Recipe with Stepwise Pictures
Ingredients:
Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 2 tbsp
Jaggery - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Cardamom powder - 2 pinches
Water - as required
Method:
Add salt, cardamom powder and coconut in a bowl
Add ragi flour to it
Add jaggery to a pan add water just to immerse it and heat till jaggery melts. Filter and add it to the flour mixture.
Mix well
In a tawa add a ladle of batter and wait till it cooks one side
Then flip to the other side and cook well
Transfer to a plate and serve hot.
With Stepwise Pictures:

Adding water to the jaggery just to immerse it, dont use more water
If your jaggery is free of dust you can add directly to the flour mixture
