Bread Omelette - Easy Indian Snack Recipe - Full recipe with step wise pictures and video. This is also one of the easiest and tastiest recipe. If you are a regular visitor to my blog then you will know that i always post recipes which can be made within minutes. This is also a quick recipe if there are sudden guest visit to your home . You can also make this recipe for breakfast and can be made as a mid evening snack. Lets move on to the recipe.

Ingredients:

Bread - 8
Egg - 6
Onion - 2
Green Chilli - 2
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Mint leaves - 1 spring
Coriander leaves - 3
Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chicken Masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil

Method:

Add chopped onions in a vessel
Add all the spice powders and salt to the onion
Add the curry, coriander and mint leaves
Mix well
Add the eggs
Mix it well until it blends with the onion mixture
Heat a tawa and add oil
Pour a ladle full of egg mixture and spread with the back of the ladle
Place the bread over the egg
Pour another ladle of egg to cover the bread
If one side is cooked flip it to the other side
Transfer to serving plate

Add the curry, coriander and mint leaves


Mix well


Add the eggs


Add the eggs one by one


Mix it well until it blends with the onion mixture


Heat a tawa and add oil


Pour a ladle full of egg mixture and spread with the back of the ladle


Place the bread over the egg


Pour another ladle of egg to cover the bread


If one side is cooked flip it to the other side


Transfer to serving plate
