One such recipe is Coconut Ladoo. Other interesting thing about this recipe is you don't want to buy any costly ingredient to make this recipe. It can be made with simple ingredients which we use in our daily cooking. we make this recipe for every festival, as we all love this recipe and it satisfies the sweet part of any occasion.Lets move on to the recipe.
Ingredients:
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Cashews - 1 tsp
Raisins - 1 tsp
Method:
Take 1 cup of grated coconut
Add milk and sugar with the grated coconut and mix well
Heat a pan, add oil and add cashews and raisins
Once it is fried well, remove from flame
In the same pan add the coconut mixture
Mix well till it gets thick
Add the cashews and raisins
Mix well take a small amount and roll between your fingers, if it forms like a ball then remove from flame
Roll the cooked coconut into ladoos and enjoy
