Fish Fry Recipe - Full recipe with stepwise pictures and video. Usually, fish fry recipe is made with spice powders and salt, but this one is my home style fish fry. You can try this recipe with any fish. Except grinding few ingredients there is no work for this recipe. You can also fry the fish with readily available spice powders, I'll post that fish fry recipe soon. Let's get started.

Ingredients:
Fish - 1/2 kg
Curry leaves - 2 springs chopped
Oil
To Grind:
Small Onion - 4-5
Garlic - 2 pods
Ginger - a small piece
Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
Coriander powder or All purpose Curry powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 1 Tsp
Besan - 1 Tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Spice powders for fish fry masala
Grind the items given under "To Grind"
Grind without adding water
Apply it on the Fish
Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, heat the tawa and add oil
Add few curry leaves
Now add the fish pieces and fry one side
Now flip the fishes to the other side and fry well
Serve with hot rice
