Leftover Pooris - 3
Cardamom - 2 pods
Fennel powder - 2 pinches
Jaggery - 3 tbsp
Raisins - as required
Method:
Take 3 leftover Pooris
Tear the pooris into pieces
Transfer the pooris to a mixie jar
Add 2 cardamom pods and 2 pinches of fennel powder
Using the pulse option grind coarsely
Add 3 tbsp jaggery
Grind until everything mixed up well
Shape into ladoos
Serve by placing raisins/dry fruits
