Brinjal Tawa Fry|Easy Side dish fro Rice|Subhis Kitchen

Brinjal Tawa Fry - full recipe with stepwise pictures. Brinjals are usually made as Brinjal masala, Brinjal gravy and many more. But this is an easy fry mixed with some spice powders so that the Brinjal tastes extraordinarily good. This is perfect for lunchbox as it is soft and crispier. Ingredients:
Brinjal - 3 medium sized
Curry leaves - finely chopped
Salt
Turmeric powder - 2 pinches
Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Oil - for fryng

Method:
In a wide bowl add chilli powder and coriander powder
Followed by Garam masala
Add salt, turmeric powder
Now add 2 tsp cooking oil
Mix well so that the mixture will be non sticky
Now add water gradually and mix to a thick paste
Chop the Brinjals into circular shape
Add it to the marinated mixture and Mix well
Heat a tawa and add sesame oil followed by marinated Brinjals
Sprinkle some curry leaves on top
Cook on one side for 2 minutes and flip to other side
Once both the sides are cooked well remove from flame
Serve with curd rice, pulao or sambar rice
I had with carrot pulao
