Handy CHai Masala - full recipe with stepwise pictures and video. There were times that i crave for ginger tea, when i get into the kitchen to prepare the tea, suddenly i find that ginger was out of stock. If anyone had experienced this often, then this post is for you. You can make this masala and store it in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 weeks. The fresh aroma will never change. The only thing is store it in a airtight box, otherwise the freshness will be lost. Some people may have known this earlier, but for beginners this tip will be very useful. Try this and post your experience. Thanks in Advance.
