Idli Sambar - full recipe with stepwise pictures and video. Idli Sambar is always my favourite, as this sambar is very yummy with hot idlis. This recipe is also very easy to make like one pot recipe. Everything is added to a pressure cooker , cooked and tempered with spices. My mom used to make this atleast once in a month and also in a hurry. I have sudden cravings to eat hot idli and sambar, i make this one. I'm sure you'll also love this sambhar. Do try this recipe and let me know how it turns out for you.
