Tomato juice

Tomato juice is one of the easiest yet a healthiest juice. It can be taken along with your breakfast instead of coffee/tea. It is a perfect drink for summer. Try to avoid sugar in juices. I've added sugar quantity here,if you want you can make this juice without sugar. Always use ripe tomatoes for juicing , it gives a sweet , tangy flavour.

Drinking Tomato Juice is good for your skin,hair and it has a lot of health benefits and a number of nutrients. People suffering from kidney problems should avoid this juice. Easy to prepare breakfast juice.😋




Ingredients:

Tomatoes - 2
Cold water - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 tsp ( optional )
Ice cubes - 3

Method:


Chop the tomatoes roughly and add it to the blender



Blend it till smooth



Strain,add the ice cubes and serve chilled



Note:

if you are adding sugar, then you can add cardamom/cloves for an extra flavour
