This is the first time i tried a french toast with banana and that came out excellent and delicious. And this is not my recipe, i've seen this recipe in indobase website and i wanna give it a try. This is a sweet based toast. It is a good option for a healthy breakfast / evening snack as it contains banana, a nutritious fruit. Avoid using white bread and try to use wheat bread/multigrain bread, it is healthier.

Banana - 2
Bread - 5
All purpose flour/Maida - 1/2 - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee/Butter/Oil - as required
Method:
Keep the ingredients ready
Now blend Maida, banana, sugar , cardamom powder and milk in a blender
Transfer to a bowl
Heat the tawa, sprinkle some ghee, take a bread slice and dip in this banana mixture and toast
Flip the other side , sprinkle ghee and cook till the banana mixture is cooked
Transfer to a plate and Serve yummy tasty banana bread toast hot
