Onion raita - an easy recipe with stepwise pictures. you can wonder is this a toughest recipe? I know that this recipe is not a tough one. But i struggled to make this at first. I'm confused with this recipe. When i was making this for the first time, i added water along with curd and made it a watery one. The ratio of the onion, curd and salt was also very bad. Then i learnt myself to make a correct proportion of raita for me alone, for two people and for my large family too. What i have given here is the amount that serves two people. Not only i'm writing this for my blog post and also saving this for my future reference.
Onion Raita - Recipe with Stepwise Pictures
Ingredients:
Onion - 2 medium
Curd - 8 tsp
Salt - as needed
Method:
Thinly slice the onions
In a bowl add curd, salt and mix well
Add the onions to the bowl
Serve with Biryani/Rice/Pulao
