Carrot Dal - full recipe with stepwise pictures. Carrot Dal is an easy sidedish recipe for chapathi/idli/dosa and also can be mixed with rice. It can be made within half an hour. It is less spicy as i don't add any spices in this like tomato dal. It tastes good without the spices. It is best when had it with chapathi. I adapted this recipe from Jeyashris kitchen. I tried this recipe for the first time and it came out well. Try this and let me know.
