Bread - 4
Besan flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - a pinch
Salt - as per your need
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Water - as needed

Method:
With Stepwise Pictures:
Cut the bread pieces into desired shape
Take the dry ingredients in a bowl
Add enough water to make a bajji batter consistency
Heat the oil
Dip the bread slices in bajji batter
Once the oil is hot fry the dipped bread slices in it
Once the bread turns golden orange colour take out from oil
Serve with Tea
Note:
Here i've used multigrain bread, you can use any bread of your choice
Cooking soda is used for crispiness
