Aval Ladoo|Instant Poha Ladoo|Easy Sweet Recipe - Full recipe with stepwise pictures and video. Aval Ladoo can be made in many ways. But the one i chose hear is an easy method. This recipe can be made in few minutes. I made this ladoo using less ghee. This is an instant recipe for any special occasion and tasty too. Let's get started.

Ingredients:
Aval/Poha - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom - 3 pods
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Hot Milk - 2 - 3 tbsp
Method:
Heat a pan, add the poha and start frying it.
Fry in medium flame or else the poha will get burnt quickly
Poha should be fried until it turns crisp.
Add the sugar and cardamom in a mixie jar.
Grind it into a fine powder
Now add the poha in the same mixie jar.
Grind it into a fine powder
Add the powdered poha in a big bowl
Add sugar powder to it
Add a pinch of salt
Mix the dry powders well
Add hot milk
Add ghee
Mix well when the milk is hot
Once the mixture gets the correct consistency.
Shape into ladoos
Serve the yummy ladoos
