Beans Poriyal - Full recipe with stepwise pictures and video. This is another easy recipe for a lazy day. This can be made in a few minutes if you are in a hurry. This is a plain poriyal no spice powders were added. Only veggies...so it is a healthy poriyal , it will satisfy your nutrition portion in your plate. Let's get started.

Ingredients:
Beans chopped - 1 cup
Moong dal - 2 tbsp boiled
Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
Salt
To Temper:
Oil - 1 Tsp
Mustard - 1 Tsp
Urad dal - 1 Tsp
Channa dal - 1 Tsp
Red Chillies - 2

Method:
Heat a pan add oil and add the ingredients given under"to temper"
Add 1 cup chopped beans, sprinkle 4 tbsp water
Saute well
Close with the lid and cook for 10 minutes
Stir occasionally to prevent burning
Once the beans got cooked add 2 tbsp boiled moong dal
Mix once and cook for 1-2 minute
Finally, add grated coconut and switch off the stove
Serve hot
