Paal Kanji / Vendhaya Kanji recipe - with detailed stepwise pictures. Paal Kanji is a healthy recipe which is made atleast weekly once in our home. This kanji is good for our health and it has to be included atleast once in a week. Paal kanji is used to treat digestion problems, heat problems.
