Ragi Adai

Ingredients:
Ragi - 1 cup heaped [ i've taken in a tea cup]
Water - as required
Salt
Oil

To Temper:
Oil
Mustard - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 chopped
Onion - 2 medium
Coconut bits - 2 tbsp

Method:
Temper the items given under "To Temper" and Saute well
Take 1 cup of Ragi
Add Salt to it
Add the fried ingredients to the Ragi
Add water little by little and make a dough, the dough should soft and even
Take a small portion of the dough and place it on a wet cloth
Tap with your fingers and shape into adai
Heat a tawa and place the adai on it, cook for one side
Then flip to the other side and cook
Ragi adai is ready to serve

With Stepwise Pictures:
Temper the items given under "To Temper" and Saute well


Take 1 cup of Ragi


Add Salt to it


Add the fried ingredients to the Ragi
