Atta Pudina Dhaniya Mathri - full recipe with stepwise pictures and video. This is an easy snack recipe perfect for rainy day evenings[ will be useful now]. During my college days, if there is shortage of vegetables my mom makes this snack. Because this snack only needs atta, mint and coriander leaves. This snack is perfect for tea time. I almost forgot this recipe. My mom recently made this snack and i immediately posted it on my youtube page and now on my blog too. Do try this recipe and share your experience with me. Ingredients:
Atta - 1.5 cups
pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Chopped mint leaves - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt
Water - as required
Oil - to deep fry

Method:
Add atta in a wide bwl
Add pepper powder
Add chilli powder and turmeric powder
Add cumin seeds and salt
Add 2 tbsp butter
Followed by chopped coriander and mint leaves
Mix atta with all the ingredients
Add water gradually and mix well to a dough like chapathi dough
Divide the dough into 5 equal sized balls
And roll each ball into chapathis
With the help of a cookie cutter or any small lid shape into small circles
And prick it with a fork on each circles
Heat oil and deep fry the mathris to golden color
Tasty atta pudina dhaniya mathris are ready to serve
